Please contact me by email, [email protected] or phone 267-767-4526, with any questions. Before services can begin, I will schedule a complimentary meet and greet. This will give the animal(s) a chance to meet me and for us to go over a few forms that include Veterinary information, pets health history/feeding/medications, and emergency contacts.

Sandy Bock: The Creative Critter Sitter
In Your Home Pet Sitting Services specializing in the unique needs of pets with anxiety issues, special medical needs, or unusual circumstances. Daily dog walking services and overnight services also available. My compassion for animals, combined with my creative life as an artist, led me to begin offering pet portraits in 2010 when I also began my pet care business in PA. Now in Ohio, I create country-inspired illustrations that incorporate my love for animals. Contact me if you need care for your fur babies or are interested in my art.
My Pet Care Story
My Pet Care Story
As a child I always had animals in my life, from our own pet cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, hamsters, fish, ferrets, mice and reptiles, to spending time on my grandma's farm with the goats, ducks, and chickens. I also rescued a few animals as a child and later in life did years of volunteer work with a cat rescue organization and a wildlife rehabilitation and education center. During that time I worked part time at a pet hotel and was inspired to start my own small pet care business. In 2010, I got certified through NAPPS (National Association of Professional Pet Sitters) and started my business in PA. There, I got the opportunity to care for not only cats and dogs, but chickens, ducks, horses, goats, and various other "pets". I spent three years volunteering with the wildlife rehabilitation center, where I fed baby birds, squirrels, fawns, opossums, beavers and got rabies vaccinated, so I could feed/handle the vector species (raccoons, skunks, groundhogs, and fox). During that time I also completed a Veterinary Assistant Diploma program. In 2015, I got an AA Liberal Studies degree with a concentration in Environmental Science. In 2017 I moved with my family to Ohio and restarted my pet care business. I have been enjoying meeting all the new clients and caring for their fur babies. :)
